I’ve worked with Carla for a good majority of my adult life. She was the leadership at Mills42 (formerly M/A-Com FCU), when I opened a bank account before I joined the service. Admittedly, I didn’t meet financial security until much later on in life, and Carla was there to help me out anytime I needed it. Whether I deserved it or not - she made it happen. I can’t thank her enough. I distinctly remember when she told me she was upset that the bank couldn’t help me out when I was looking for my first VA loan - a decade and a half ago. Anyways, sh now does her own brokerage and I was so excited to work with her again. And she, and her team, were fantastic! They were on top of it the whole way. I gave her what I wanted to do and she exceeded it in every way. I know this sounds like puffery - it really isn’t. She kept the lawyers and realty teams on their toes and made sure it all went off without a hitch. If you have a need, please use her team!

We engaged with other mortgage brokers and they mostly just pointed us to online forms and were cold and sterile. From the first phone call, Carla made it clear that she is helping us with financial decisions and covering our blind spots. And after a glitch in trying to close from the seller's side, this observation turned out to be spot on. We are now in our dream home and we were thrilled to have Carla be a part of that process.
