What really stood out was the time she took to explain every step and carefully review all of the documents with me, making sure I felt comfortable and understood everything before moving forward.

Carla Rasetta and her team at MBC could not have been more helpful with our home buying process! She was there through every step of the way. Constantly checking in to see how our house search was going and helping to crunch numbers to see what our estimated mortgage payment would be. When we finally found our home she went page by page through our loan agreement to thoroughly explain everything. Also setting up phone calls to go over current interest rates and loan options. It was insanely helpful and Carla and team always sent helpful reminders to make sure our paperwork was always completed on time. She also checked in post closing and it really felt like she was a friend checking in! You need to pick her as your lender she really was the best! I highly recommend working with her. She made our buying process so easy!

Her dedication to her work and clients is so easy to see as she goes above and beyond. She puts in the time and was able to help me close in 21 days - to which everyone I shared that with questioned if that was even possible, and it WAS. Seamlessly too!!! I’ve worked with Carla for a good majority of my adult life. She was the leadership at Mills42 (formerly M/A-Com FCU), when I opened a bank account before I joined the service. Admittedly, I didn’t meet financial security until much later on in life, and Carla was there to help me out anytime I needed it. Whether I deserved it or not - she made it happen. I can’t thank her enough. I distinctly remember when she told me she was upset that the bank couldn’t help me out when I was looking for my first VA loan - a decade and a half ago. Anyways, sh now does her own brokerage and I was so excited to work with her again. And she, and her team, were fantastic! They were on top of it the whole way. I gave her what I wanted to do and she exceeded it in every way. I know this sounds like puffery - it really isn’t. She kept the lawyers and realty teams on their toes and made sure it all went off without a hitch. If you have a need, please use her team!

She was absolutely fabulous to work with from beginning to end and went absolutely above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. We seriously could not have done this without her and cannot thank her enough for all she did to help us get to where we are today. I would highly recommend using Carla if you are looking for a mortgage broker!
