I’ve used Carla a few times as a Mortgage Broker. Carla is the absolute best person to work with. Her and her team are fast, driven, committed, responsive, and bring an energy to table that should be taught in classrooms for any type of customer service role.

If buying a house was like being a football team; Carla and team is the offensive coordinator, coach, defensive coordinator, AND cheerleading team all wrapped up in one. They are extremely proactive in getting everything ready from a technical / document standpoint point. They are great negotiators and coaches when working with lenders and reviewing documents, and they are so genuine when they celebrate all the small wins along the way to get a clear to close.

It would be a mistake to not give them a chance to partner with when buying your next property. I’d almost buy another house just to experience this level of professionalism and energy again.

She was always quick to respond and always took the time to run different scenarios so we could make the best decisions for our growing family. She thoroughly explained each step and was always available to answer our questions. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication made such a difference, and we are so grateful to have had her on our side. Carla Rasetta and her team at MBC could not have been more helpful with our home buying process! She was there through every step of the way. Constantly checking in to see how our house search was going and helping to crunch numbers to see what our estimated mortgage payment would be. When we finally found our home she went page by page through our loan agreement to thoroughly explain everything. Also setting up phone calls to go over current interest rates and loan options. It was insanely helpful and Carla and team always sent helpful reminders to make sure our paperwork was always completed on time. She also checked in post closing and it really felt like she was a friend checking in! You need to pick her as your lender she really was the best! I highly recommend working with her. She made our buying process so easy!

Carla and her team were extremely responsive—always available, always quick to answer, and so patient with us as first-time buyers who had a lot of questions. No matter the time or situation, we felt fully supported. On top of that, her rates were by far the best we found—by a significant margin—and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal. Her dedication to her work and clients is so easy to see as she goes above and beyond. She puts in the time and was able to help me close in 21 days - to which everyone I shared that with questioned if that was even possible, and it WAS. Seamlessly too!!! I’m finally moved into my new home and still keep in touch with Carla. I can’t recommend her enough and have already shared her name with my family/friends who are looking to buy. I’ve worked with Carla for a good majority of my adult life. She was the leadership at Mills42 (formerly M/A-Com FCU), when I opened a bank account before I joined the service. Admittedly, I didn’t meet financial security until much later on in life, and Carla was there to help me out anytime I needed it. Whether I deserved it or not - she made it happen. I can’t thank her enough. I distinctly remember when she told me she was upset that the bank couldn’t help me out when I was looking for my first VA loan - a decade and a half ago. Anyways, sh now does her own brokerage and I was so excited to work with her again. And she, and her team, were fantastic! They were on top of it the whole way. I gave her what I wanted to do and she exceeded it in every way. I know this sounds like puffery - it really isn’t. She kept the lawyers and realty teams on their toes and made sure it all went off without a hitch. If you have a need, please use her team!

She was absolutely fabulous to work with from beginning to end and went absolutely above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. We seriously could not have done this without her and cannot thank her enough for all she did to help us get to where we are today.
