We closed in just 30 days and were ahead of every single deadline, which honestly still amazes us. Carla and her team were extremely responsive—always available, always quick to answer, and so patient with us as first-time buyers who had a lot of questions. No matter the time or situation, we felt fully supported.
On top of that, her rates were by far the best we found—by a significant margin—and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal.

I’ve worked with Carla for a good majority of my adult life. She was the leadership at Mills42 (formerly M/A-Com FCU), when I opened a bank account before I joined the service.
Admittedly, I didn’t meet financial security until much later on in life, and Carla was there to help me out anytime I needed it. Whether I deserved it or not - she made it happen. I can’t thank her enough. I distinctly remember when she told me she was upset that the bank couldn’t help me out when I was looking for my first VA loan - a decade and a half ago.
Anyways, sh now does her own brokerage and I was so excited to work with her again. And she, and her team, were fantastic! They were on top of it the whole way. I gave her what I wanted to do and she exceeded it in every way.
I know this sounds like puffery - it really isn’t. She kept the lawyers and realty teams on their toes and made sure it all went off without a hitch.

Carla was AMAZING!! We did not have the easiest of times with the closing of our home due to unforeseen issues, but Carla and Jordan helped us through the entire journey.
